Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Rooted & True is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to initiate a review.
Returned Shipments
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees to reship the order.
