Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hygiene or personal care products once they have been opened or used.

A return will only be considered if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be received in resalable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to request photos or additional information to process your request.

Rooted & True reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rooted & True is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Rooted & True is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to initiate a review.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failure to collect may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees to reship the order.
